WELCOME TO ST JOHN THE BAPTIST JUNIOR SCHOOL

LATEST NEWS

Hampton Wick Infants & St John's Juniors

Our two schools have one shared vision - to provide the best possible start to life for the children of Hampton Wick, Teddington and beyond. Children begin their journey at HWINS, move on to St John's for their junior years, and then go on to flourish at schools all around South West London. We would be delighted to share more about our schools through the information you will find on our websites, and in person. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Two Schools; One Journey

Our chosen Charities

As a school, we are committed to supporting two different charities who work with children who live in difficult circumstances.

Firstly is East to West; a charity who brings hope and joy to children in Richmond, Surrey and Berkshire. Their particular focus is in working alongside young people who struggle with their mental health and wellbeing. The children's council discussed a variety of charities at the start of the year and decided to continue supporting East to West, creating a long term link which we hope to see flourish. We were delighted to welcome a member of staff from the charity in the autumn term who shared more about this important work with our school community.

Secondly is HopeHealthAction, who provide life-saving health and disability care for the world’s most vulnerable. The link was created through our connections with St Johns Church, who shared with the children their enthusiasm and personal experiences of this vital work.

We look forward to sharing in a number of events this year to raise money and awareness for these charities.
